Summary: Staff was friendly. Room was worn. Bathroom door wouldn't close which made for an interesting interaction with my mother in law in the morning. I am now wondering why she keeps smiling and laughing when we see each other. But that's not the hotel's fault right?

Summary: The bed was as hard as the floor and mad noises just rolling over. The pool was not working. We requested a pool when we talked with you. Talked to the front desk got nowhere. Talked to manager would not move us to another room. Offered two blinkets to soften the bed.
